Lorraine has been doing Yoga for several years. But please note: Lorraine is not a qualified Yoga tutor. However, if you wish to join her Yoga Exercises class, you will be welcome. The class entails stretching, breathing and relaxation with a combination of Hatha Yoga and Pilates. Please bring a yoga mat, a small blanket or towel and a bottle of water.
