Bette has conducted Yoga/Pilates classes at U3A for the past 3 years. If you are interested in joining this class, please contact Bette.

Yoga helps you feel harmonious, integrated and complete. As you learn about your centre in a yoga pose you practise finding your centre in other areas of your life; dealing with a posture can train you to deal better with life events.

Pilates strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind, and creates a more streamline shape and we have a lovely time stretching our bodies and calming our minds. Men are most welcome.
