This is a new course for women who are widows.
Becoming a widow is an unique experience, so discover who you are now that you are single again; help others and yourself to find your new purpose; listen to guest speakers on helpful topics; come and share your problems and/or solutions. Express yourself through the arts, have a laugh and a cup of tea, and more. This group is facilitated by a registered psychologist.
