Left to its own devices, the mind is incessantly busy. Relaxation and meditation both have the neurological effect of calming it down. This course will teach you some ways to do this, and leave you calmer and more mindful. You will learn this through gentle body practices, because you will be practising meditation and relaxation lying down, walking and sitting. There will also be some journaling activities. Students can bring their own yoga mats, blankets and meditation equipment. If you are thinking of joining this class, please contact Diana first.
