Mindfulness practices have been valued for thousands of years in Vedic and Buddhist traditions. In recent years, some of these ancient practices have been adapted within modern Western psychology. This course explores mindfulness practices in both Eastern and Western traditions, including simple practical exercises that can be incorporated into daily life.
