This series of lectures and documentaries traces the development of the British Isles commencing with the House of Hanover through to the modern era. We examine Europe’s oldest surviving political institution and its relationship with the British people, Parliament, Laws and Land throughout history, including the rulers of the British Isles. This course will continue from 2016.
