The course will cover the following areas; An introduction to the Australian legal system; dealing with various entities and Government authorities; dealing with your children as you get older and general health issues that can cause legal problems; nursing homes and palliative care.
Selling and down-sizing your property and buying into retirement properties; general legal capacity of people and dealing with people such as the Master in Protective Jurisdiction; last wills and probate, family trusts and other assets.
