This class provides recipes for hearty family meals and some entertaining.  It is influenced mainly by Spain, Italy, Greece and France with recipes being sourced from the tutor’s mother.  Fresh ingredients only are used, including herbs, olive oil and butter.  Due to the size of the kitchen, participation is limited, but has resulted in an intimate friendly environment thoroughly enjoyed by previous participants.
